What is your return policy?

We offer a warranty for almost all items purchased in our stores and online! The warranty for consoles is 90 days and everything else is 30 days! We unfortunately do NOT do cash or card back, only exchanges or store credit.

Will I receive the same copy of the game that is in the photos?

The photos for each game are stock photos. It is possible that you will receive a copy in varying condition. Any game in bad cosmetic condition will be otherwise noted and discounted.

What is the difference between the "variant" options for products?

If there is no option to select a variant for a game then it means the following:

Atari, Intellivision, NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, All GameBoy, Master System, Genesis, & Sega 32X - Comes with just the cartridge and the cartridge/label is in good to excellent condition.

All Playstation, All Microsoft, Gamecube, Wii, Wii U, Switch, DS, 3DS, Saturn, Sega CD - Comes with the game & the case in good to excellent condition. The product may be the greatest hits/platinum hits/nintendo selects version (unless otherwise noted). The product may or may not also come with the manual/documentation.

If there is an option to select a variant for a game then it means the following:

Regular - Comes with just the cartridge and the cartridge/label is in good to excellent condition.

Cartridge Damage - Cartridge or label has cosmetic wear but is still functional.

w/Manual - Cartridge comes with the manual it originally came with.

In Box, No Manual - Includes the cartridge and the box it originally came with, however it does not include the original manual. There may or may not be missing additional documentation.

In Box, w/Manual - Includes the cartridge, box, and manual it originally came with. There may or may not be missing additional documentation.

All Playstation, All Microsoft, Gamecube, Wii, Wii U, Switch, DS, 3DS, Saturn, Sega CD -

Stateline Art - The game was sold to us with only the disc so we made our own artwork for it.

Artwork Damage - The game comes with the case and original artwork, however the artwork is damaged.

* Please note - Games in poor condition are just cosmetic. The game will still be functional, and is backed by our warranty *

Are all consoles tested working?

Yes! Every console that we sell is fully working and cleaned.

Do you repair customer consoles?

Unfortunately not, however, check out the other services we provide in the "Services" tab!

Do you have a request list for items?

We do! Unfortunately at this time we are only taking requests for games and not consoles or controllers. Contact us with your name, phone number, and the game you are requesting. If we get a copy of it, we will give you a call!

Important note:

Our request list operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests for games expire after 6 months.
